Communication with Workers' Families
Rahul's Noteblog Notes on Business Communication Communication with Workers' Families
Role of Communication with Workers' Families:
Communication with workers' families is vital to the performance of the company. Performance of a worker on the job is dependant on the environment in the home. For example, if a worker has faced the demise of his/her family member, his/her job performance will be greatly affected. It is important for family members to know the job conditions faced by their earning member. Family members should be given positive feedback regarding their earning member, so the family can offer moral support. Furthermore, workers' families are frequently invited to social gatherings on behalf of the company, so supervisors and managers may also come to know their employees' families.
