MAP-Kinase vs JAK/STAT Pathway:
Receptor: | With intrinsic enzyme activity (receptor tyrosine kinase) | Without intrinsic enzyme activity (tyrosine kinase associted receptor) |
Structure: | Extracellular domain | Transmembrane domain | Cytosolic domain | Extracellular domain | Transmembrane domain | Cytosolic domain |
Signaling Pathway: | MAP-Kinase | Ras | JAK/STAT |
