Th₁ vs Th₂ Cells:

	TH₁	TH₂
Type of immunity	Cell-mediated	Humoral (antibody-mediated)
Function	Activate macrophages and cytotoxic T-cells	Activate B-cells
Secretions	IL-2, IFN-gamma	IL-4, 5, 6, 10
Result	Cytotoxicity, delayed-hypersensitivity	Antibody secretion

NOTE: IL-12 is needed for helper T cells to make TH₁.
