Definition of Cluster Headche:

Cluster headaches are suggested by the rapid onset to peak, the age, and the sex of the patient.

Cluster headaches are usually unilateral, intense stabbing or boring pains behind the eye. Onset is in the 3rd to 5th decade of life and has an 8:1 male predominance.

They are often accompanied by lacrimation, rhinorrhea, and facial blanching or flushing on the affected side.
