What is Missed Abortion?
• Bleeding with closed cervix and dead fetus.
• Pregnancy has ceased to develop.
• No products of conception expelled.
• Fetal tissue is retained.
• No uterine bleeding and symptoms of pregnancy disappear.
• Brownish vaginal discharge.
• No fetal cardiac activity.
• Do D&C.
• Prostaglandin suppositories are alternative.
